AI for Small BusinessbyDance

Plain guides for owners, published by Dance

An AI platform for your small business, starting with your website and marketing

Dance lets you change your website by asking in plain English. You check a preview, then publish. For websites on Dance, it can also point out what to improve next and draft the change for your approval. Nothing goes live until you say so.

The planner is free, takes four questions and asks for no email.

Guides, by the job you need done

Each guide is a complete workflow: what to gather, the steps, an example request, what to check before anything goes live, and what AI won't do for you.

What “AI platform” means for a small business

An AI tool does one task when you ask, like drafting a paragraph you then copy somewhere. An AI platform takes on a whole job. It holds your business details, does the work in the place it belongs, and keeps you in control of what goes out.

AI platform vs. AI tool: what you actually need
It knows your business
Your services, hours, prices and pages are already in it, so you don’t paste the same background into a chat window every time.
It works where the work lives
A change you ask for happens on your actual website, instead of in a document you still have to copy over.
You stay in charge
You see a preview, approve it, and can undo it. A good platform makes review the default, not an extra step.

Where Dance fits

Dance is an AI platform for one part of your business: your website, and the marketing that brings people to it. That's our focus on this site too.

What Dance doesn't do

  • Accounting or bookkeeping
  • Payroll
  • Inventory
  • Appointment booking
  • A customer database (CRM)

You'll still want other tools for these.

From a missed opportunity to a reviewed improvement

Updating facts is half the job. The other half is knowing what to add. Here's how that works on Dance's optional Website + Marketing plan, for websites on Dance.

  1. 1The opportunity

People search for something your site doesn’t answer

Search and analytics data show demand for a service you offer that has no page, or a page that isn’t found.

  2. 2The suggestion

A short list of what to improve next

Each item says why it’s on the list, so you can judge whether it fits your business.

  3. 3The draft

A draft change is prepared, not published

It uses only the facts you’ve given about your business. Anything it can’t know is left for you to fill in.

  4. 4The decision

The owner reviews, edits, and approves

Nothing on the website changes until the owner says so. Then they check whether enquiries follow.

The plan checks keyword and AI search visibility daily, brings Google Analytics and Search Console into one place, gives a short list of what to improve next, and drafts improvements for your approval. It doesn't promise rankings or customers. You still judge what's right for your business.

Questions owners ask before starting

Straight answers about Dance, checked against startdancing.ai in October 2026.

What do I need to provide to start with Dance?
If you have a website, just its web address. Dance reads what's there to build a free preview. If you don't, a few sentences about your business, which you email to Dance's team. They reply to plan the site with you. Either way, gathering your real photos, services and hours first makes the result better.
Can I start with my existing website?
Yes. Dance rebuilds your site on Dance from what's already there, and your current site stays up until you decide to switch. One thing to know: Dance can't edit or host a website while it's still on another platform, so changes-by-asking begin once you've moved. The free preview opens on yoink.website, Dance's website builder, and saving it there creates a separate account for now.
What needs my approval?
Everything that changes your website. You check a preview of each change and then publish it, and you can undo it afterwards. On the optional Website + Marketing plan, suggested improvements arrive as drafts. Nothing is changed until you approve.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe changes the way you'd text someone who works for you. A real person from Dance helps you go live on your own domain.
What does it cost?
The preview is free and needs no card. For current setup and monthly prices, see Dance's pricing page. We don't repeat prices here, so they're never out of date.
Is this site independent?
No. It's published by Dance Technologies, Inc, which makes Dance. The guides are written to be useful whatever you choose, and we don't rank other vendors.
